Create an account — your dashboard will show a unique Client ID and US warehouse addresses. Use your Client ID when placing orders so we can identify incoming packages faster.
Shop in any US online store. Use our New York warehouse address as the delivery destination. Add your Client ID in the “Name/Company” field.
In “My purchases”, add product links, price, quantity, and notes — it helps our operator verify the order faster.
When your package arrives at the warehouse, we update its status. If needed, an administrator uploads up to 3 photos (visible in your parcel card).
We can consolidate your parcels, pack them into cargo boxes (NY warehouse), and ship via air/cargo routes. After dispatch, you’ll see updated statuses and the cargo box/shipment ID in your dashboard.
